Wow. It's great to see all that interest in art, though!

I was stuck at the head of the line for about 30 or 40 minutes sometime after midnight, while they decided to clear out a bunch of the wastoids. I literally was the next person to go in, so I got to chat with Mr. Dipple for a bit. A nice old chap. He was pretty chill about this time.

We didn't get there until about 3:00, 3:30 and it was still a madhouse.

First, we tried to get in through the north side, through the construction site. We got all the way to nearly the entrance of the sculpture garden before someone turned us away. Then we tried the service space behind the museum, but no open doors (freaked out a poor guy having a snack in the break room, though).

We circled back around to the east side, and one of my friends who'd brought a fake press pass decided to try to use that. Two other friends and I went to do reconnaissance on the fence on the west side. It was easy enough to get over and into the garden. On our way into the building, we just explained that we'd gone into the sculpture garden for a cigarette.
