joyce parks and i and a bunch of folks went to hip hop karaoke at boca on friday, aug. 25. it was SO much fun. i went first with "award tour" by tribe called quest and then -- after figuring out i needed a much slower song -- did "you're a customer" by epmd. i'm SO there next month. it's every last friday of the month.

Sounds like a blast though! *grin* Course, I'm not a huge hip hop fan - I'm a country boy, and definitely will sing along to country music (no karaoke for me though - not without a LOT of beers)!
